Training
The Commercial Management considers a suitable and thorough
knowledge of its products to be a fundamental element for its
promotion and undoubtedly the best way of presenting the
company.
Training of sales and technical personnel is a “must” in an
effective and successful sales network, and the company
organises refresher courses whenever new technologies or
modifications are applied to a product. Covering the entire
distribution network, this training takes the form of training
sessions with agents and retailers from the different national
and international sales areas.
In its initial phase, the training programme covers a general
introduction to the company, the sales policies adopted with the
formulation of strategies and objectives and a general
introduction to the Simasv products.
The successive phase foresees the real refresher course on the
machines, a part of which is held in the company show room
itself. An information booklet is given out at the end of the
course, containing all the information supplied during the
course, and constituting, if necessary, a valid sales instrument
for the retailer.
