The hydraulic bending press T40 Chamaleon, recovering the basic structure of model T40 Super, is provided with a lateral axis with the special equipment for curvature and bending working process. Here are the main features: - solid work table made in special spheroid cast iron, suitably shaped to withstand loads notably greater to all bending stresses; - cylinder placed under the work table, which is free from annoying frames for better use of the machine and tools, with frontal position for the operator; - carriage of forged steel with double slides, suitably hardened, grounded and protected by dust scrapers; - micrometer adjustment of the carriage stroke by hydraulic valve by hand wheels, positioned in front of the machine; - continuous strokes adjustment, even under the highest working pressure, so as to obtain the bending angle desired without practise tests and samples (thanks to this system the machine is ideal for either the production of prototypes or for the larger series); - hydraulic single block power unit with the possibility of adjusting the pressure; - approach feed speed adjustment through flow control valve; - die holder pins made in alloy steel with rapid conical change, hardened and grounded to obtain a strong lock (patent); - forced lubrication by hand pump (optional: automatic electric pump); - electric pedal control at low voltage (24 V) and push-button safety control timer; - roomy side tool holder shelves. - stabilized steel structure and heat-treated steel shafts - no. 2 knurled rollers
- speed reducer with lubricated helical gears
- movement of the rollers through a double foot pedal to change the direction of rotation of the rollers.
