These machines have drawn particular attention since their debut in the mid-80s. It is a well-deserved acknowledgement for the company, which has invested considerable resources in the development and implementation of a notching machine model that is both easy to use and sophisticated in its technical design.
As the heart and soul of these machines lie in the blade unit, the company wanted to protect its invention by patenting the self-regulating blade system, the result of an extensive design-based study. Today the range has expanded to thirteen models to include notching machines with fixed and variable angles, as well as sophisticated multifunctional machines with punching heads. The blade length is unique and extraordinary - it ranges from 220 to 400 mm! SIMASV® notching machines are the only machines on the market with a cutting capacity of up to 10 mm in thickness!
Last but not least, the range of special notching machines includes a model with a cutting opening up to 180° and recent CNC versions.
Serie AF/B - AV/B - AV/PA
Blade length 220 mm, higher than other equivalent models present on the market.
Different cutting capacity of thicknesses up to 8 mm according to model, higher than other equivalent models present on the market.
Lower blade slack auto-adjustment system, independent and sensitive to variations in cutting thickness; the independent blades not only allow the simultaneous cutting of different thicknesses but also the cutting from one side only. Subject of a Simasv patent, this system guarantees unlimited blade lifespan.
Serie AF/P
Blade length 250 mm.
Cutting capacity with blades for iron up to a thickness of 8 mm.
Blade slack auto-adjustment system guaranteed for the oscillation effect of the head group; the system allows the oscillation of the head in the four directions giving an absolute guarantee that the upper blades do not interfere with the lower blades, even when cutting on one side only.
The system guarantees unlimited blade lifespan.
A single machine control point since the notching and punching units are in a frontal position on the machine; this guarantees the safety of the operator, in strict observance with the legislation on safety and prevention of accidents at work.
Serie LC
Blade length 250 mm.
Very heavy and oversize structure allowing the shearing of even very great thicknesses; cutting capacity with blades for iron up to a thickness of 10 mm.
Serie AV180°
Blade length 250 mm.
Subject of a Simasv patent, this variable angle notching machine is unique on the market with blade opening allowing a variable cutting capacity from 30° to 180° and a thickness of 6 mm.
Option of mounting a numerical control for insertion of the machine in automatic cutting lines.
Two versions are available; the CN2 with two motorised axes for blade positioning adjustment and the CN4 with two motorised axes for blade positioning adjustment and two motorised axes for the movement of the sheet metal depth and length control beats.
